Yoga and meditation can help you experience the physical, energy of a bliss-filled body. We have classes of all levels - for the beginner as well as the experienced life-long learner. We welcome your questions and always are mindful of where you are in your journey.

We offer yoga for the adult, family, teen, athlete, mommy & me, privates and group privates. We offer an eclectic mix of yogic styles including vinyasa, Iyengar, Anusara and EmbodYoga. All systems of the body are toned with:

  • the exploration of breath
  • sun salutations
  • standing postures and twists
  • forward and backward bends
  • inversions and restorative postures
  • and meditation

Classes may incorporate gently flowing vinyasa (linking the breath with movement), asana exploration using anatomy, geometry and physiology of a posture, or expansion of awareness as systems, organs, glands and other physical aspects of our being are embodied. The process of bringing the conscious into our body teaches us to listen and respect the wisdom our bodies have to offer.

The art of deliberately relaxing the body and calming the mind. Various methods include visualization, sensing, observation. In addition to alleviating daily stress, medical research shows that simple meditation on a regular basis can help with insomnia, headaches, fatigue, pain and even chronic illness. People often discover a sense of tranquility and enhanced mental clarity along the way.
