ongoing Sunday evening classes are for students with advanced sitting practices.
Seekers are invited to join Mystic Birinder weekly for learning how to integrate spiritual seeking and material living. This dynamic process includes mediation with Mystic Birinder that offers a higher quality of energy than what a seeker can accomplish alone, and a concise dialogue to include process related questions from seekers and answers given to guide students on how to work on the Self for becoming a True Seeker of Self's reality.
Modern day Mystic Birinder Bhullar, author of the award winning book "The Supreme Being" is a Messenger of Supreme Truth bringing clarity and reason to the oftimes confusing world of spiritual seeking. Born in the Himalayas, he came to the U.S. in 2009 with the Divine task of reaching spiritual seekers to guide them toward the path of the open heart.

yoga
All systems of the body are toned with:
- the exploration of breath
- sun salutations
- standing postures and twists
- forward and backward bends
- inversions and restorative postures
- and meditation
Classes may incorporate gently flowing vinyasa (linking the breath with movement), asana exploration using anatomy, geometry and physiology of a posture, or expansion of awareness as systems, organs, glands and other physical aspects of our being are embodied. The process of bringing the conscious into our body teaches us to listen and respect the wisdom our bodies have to offer.
meditation
The art of deliberately relaxing the body and quieting the mind. Finding Truth in silence. In addition to alleviating daily stress, medical research shows that simple meditation on a regular basis can help with insomnia, headaches, fatigue, pain and even chronic illness. It is intended that you enhance mental clarity and become less scattered in this process. Beginner classes are offered once per month.
breath & consciousness
Oxygen is essential to provide your body with the necessary energy to heal and to enjoy life! Consciousness is as well. These two sources of energy feed us. Understand through meditation how these two function to support our living, our health, our thought, our heart.
